Pre-Order Terms & Sourcing Conditions
Please review these commercial terms carefully prior to placing a pre-order on our China sourcing collections.
1. How Our China Pre-Orders Work
Items displayed under our China Pre-Order Collection are not held in immediate stock in Ghana. Instead, they are procured directly from our vetted partner studios in Guangzhou after the announced batch closing date.
By placing a pre-order, you commit to purchasing an imported item that will be consolidated, freighted, and cleared for delivery into Ghana on your behalf.
2. Cargo Freight Options & Timelines
During checkout or product selection, customers select their preferred freight method:
- Air Cargo: Estimated 7–12 business days following batch closing and departure from Guangzhou airport. Dispatched through Kotoka International Airport customs.
- Sea Cargo: Estimated 30–45 calendar days following departure from Guangzhou / Shenzhen port. Cleared through Tema Port.
Estimated arrival dates (e.g. Late November – Early December 2026) are realistic projections. However, international air transit and port customs clearance timelines may occasionally fluctuate due to international weather or statutory customs procedures.
3. Cargo Fees & Transparency
Where cargo fees are not marked as "Included", the applicable freight charge (per piece/kg) is transparently displayed and summarized on the checkout breakdown prior to payment. There are no additional unexpected import duty bills upon delivery.
4. Factory Stockouts & Unavailable Items Policy
In the rare event that a manufacturer exhausts a selected variant or colorway before batch consolidation, Ekuakloset will:
- Notify you immediately via WhatsApp or phone.
- Offer you an alternate color, size, or style of equal or greater value; OR
- Provide a 100% full instant refund to your original Mobile Money or card account with zero cancellation fees.
5. Order Amendments & Cancellation
Because items are batched and purchased internationally, orders may only be amended or cancelled prior to the published batch closing date. Once the batch closes and overseas production procurement begins, cancellations are no longer permitted.
6. Arrival & Local Ghana Dispatch
Once your order lands in Accra and passes our local quality inspection, you will receive an automated WhatsApp dispatch notification. You may collect at our Accra showroom or receive door-to-door courier dispatch.
