If an item you pre-ordered becomes unavailable at the Guangzhou studio or fails our overseas quality assessment before shipment, you are immediately entitled to a 100% full refund. Refunds are reversed directly to your MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, or bank card within 24 hours.
2. Unreasonable Delay Compensation
While international air and sea logistics can face standard port customs clearance procedures, in the exceptional event of an unforeseen delay extending beyond 30 days past the announced arrival window, you are entitled to request a complete refund of your order.
3. Processing Time
• Mobile Money refunds (MTN, Telecel, AT): Credited within 2 to 24 hours.
• Bank Debit/Credit Card refunds: Reflected on your bank statement within 3 to 7 working business days according to your issuing Ghanaian bank.
